CNC Turning
High-precision CNC turning for cylindrical parts, shafts, bushings, and fittings with multi-axis live tooling.
What Is CNC Turning?
CNC turning is a subtractive manufacturing process where a workpiece rotates while a cutting tool removes material to create cylindrical shapes. Modern CNC lathes with live tooling can perform milling, drilling, and tapping in a single setup.
Our turning centers handle diameters from 3mm to 500mm with tolerances as tight as ±0.005mm, delivering consistent quality across prototype and production volumes.
