Wire EDM & Sinker EDM
Wire EDM and sinker EDM for hardened steels, intricate cavities, and ultra-fine details.
What Is Wire EDM?
Wire EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) uses a thin electrically charged wire to cut through conductive materials. It can machine hardened steels and exotic alloys that are impossible to cut with conventional tools.
Our wire EDM machines achieve ±0.002mm tolerances and Ra 0.15μm surface finishes, ideal for dies, molds, and precision tooling.
